First off, I have a huge surprise in store and only my twin knows it (shh)
Im not sure what im doing wrong but for some reason I have a newly attained immunity to soreness...or the Ness as I call it. Good friend to have but bad date(ha you dont know what that means... ref denis lerry). Work often gets in the way of training, same goes for school/classes but if you are smart about it you can get the job done. My last thought before I post the mayhem is just that working out can give you such a high!!!

Last time I will run for a while bc my feet are taking a toll. I was a tiny bit sore today on my ribs (side) but that went away after noon. 2BC
