Got out on the Fairview track early this morning for some hurdle mobility work and some much needed drills.

Then after a quick breakfast I got on the bike.
Biked to Niwot HS (track closed) 8.06 miles 25:25 Pace 19mph
Jump off 1.4 mile run in 9:45 Pace 7:56
Biked 13 miles 48:46 Pace 15.6 (into the wind)
I definitely have some sore legs from the squats the other day.
